Can you automatically date stamp emails that you send out?

My emails need a date stamp on them as I send them. It does not appear that
you can do this..does someone have an idea to do this? Thanks

Well, you'll get a timestamp in your message headers when they get to the
recipient. What is it you're trying to do/track/see?
