As an alternative, if the server has FP2002 extensions, in FrontPage right
click on the folder, choose properties, and select
Unselect "Allow scripts to be run"
Select "Allow anonymous upload to this directory"
I have never tried this on a Unix server, so do not know the chmod result,
but it may be 777.
