can you connect calendar to web page?

Hello,

I am looking for a quick and dirty way to create a
calendar for a web page. We want to be able to click on a
link from our web page to the calendar. Can we link to MS
Outlook Calendar? If so, can you tell me how or at least
where I can find documentation on doing so?
