Can you convert an amount to a spelled out amount as used in prin.

From time to time this question is raised. I have developed (as an amateur)
one such file using several if conditions and tables. It has been working
well in the organisation that was working for since 1999. The special
worksheet itself is hidden (but not protected so that the users would not
accidentally damage it). I could send the file to the experts who could then
simplify it, make it currency and language variable and placed as a free
template. However there is a limitation; it is upto 99,999,999.99 only.
