Why do you think Outlook, which is a PIM (Personal Information Manager),
has suddenly become an accounting program? If you want a product to
handle accounts receivable to do invoicing then go get Peachtree,
Clarisys, QuickBooks, or whatever accounting suite you like.
Do you think we would really fully understand what you were asking by
posting with a blank message? You probably meant something other than
how to make Outlook do something it was not coded to do, like
accounting, but with a blank message then you gave no real insight on
your real query.
