Can you customize font/color of a file name in word or excel folde

Is there a way to make a file name in a word or excel folder bold or a
different color so it can be easily recognized? I have numberous
correspondence/files in these folder with similar titles and would like to
highlight, make the text bold or a different color for the master file. I
currently have the name in all caps but still have to search for this
particular file. It would be great to scroll down the list and have it stand
out immediately.

a simple trick would be if you'd compress it (on Windows 2000/XP) and it
shows up a different colour (blue) to do this, just right
click-properties-advanced on the file.
