Can you export a graph?

My database has a few nice graphs in, very pretty and
that, but my managers want them in a presentation. Anyway
I can export the graphs direct to a powerpoint file?
Once I know the method, I'll automate this, and save the
effort of hitting ctrl+c, ctrl+v over and over
