Can you get lost emails back

I checked my emails this morning, then I used Norton
Goback because I was getting an error while booting up my
computer. I went back 7 days, then when I checked my
emails, all the emails that I got for the past 7 days
disappeared. I contacted my internet provider, they said
to contact microsoft. Can I get those lost emails back?

Why would Microsoft have any information about getting back your mail from
your ISP after using a third party program (GoBack) to revert to a previous
system state?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the (insert latest virus name here) virus, all mail sent to my personal
account will be deleted without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Hollie asked:

If Goback rolled back your Personal Folders .pst file to a version that was
7 days old, then those messages are no longer available. They would be in
the version of the .pst file from today -- but I don't know if Goback would
still have that.
