Can you have 2 different calendars? One - work/ One-roomreserve?

I need to create a calendar to reserve conference room timeslots. Can I have
my personal one and create an additional to use for scheduling the room?

You can have multiple calendar-type folders in your message store. When you
create a new folder tell it that you want it to hold calendar items.

Sure. If you have MS Exchange Server you make a Calendar in the Public
Folders and give users the appropriate level of Permissions (read only etc).

Next time, please post your version and other pertinent details such as
whether you have Exchange.
