Can you have Office 2000 and Office XP running on the same machine

Yes, but not all of Office. Outlook, for example, gets really cranky if you
try to have multiple versions of it running on the same installed version of
Windows.

I have all of Office 2007 (beta) on my computer, along with Word 2000, 2002
(XP), and 2003. The latter three I run only using the /a switch so as not to
trigger the Installing... dialog.

And they need to be installed in order of release.

Separate folders, yes. Separate partitions, not necessary. I am running
three versions of Publisher and they all play well together.

Similar situation but with Office 2003 instead of XP. Can I load Office
2000
& Office 2003 on the same partition? Do they have to be in separate
directories or choose the default directory when loading? i was thinking
of
loading Office 2000 in it's own directory and then loading Office 2003 in
a
completely different directory, although on the same partition.
