Can you make a number in an excel cell blink?

I have an "if" statement in a excel spreadsheet that I would like the answer
to blink if it is wrong. So that it is not missing by data entry. Is is
possible to do this?

Excel does not have any built in feature to make text blink, and many people, including me, consider this a blessing
