Our HR staff want to be able to send a secured message however, it only marks
secured for the person sending. The recipients get the email and are not
aware they need to make it confidential ( mark private). It there a way to
make an auto signature that would provide this information when sending to
others?
Why not put it in the body you say..... management wants everyone to keep
their calendars open and don't like to type. siiighhs
