Can you migrate MOST of ACT! data to BCM v2 ?

Can you migrate MOST of ACT! data to BCM v2 ?
Specifically have the following data in ACT!:
- contacts
- groups
- templates
- notes per contact (history items)
- calendar with events

(not using any of the lead/sales/oportunities)

Can all of the above be migrated to BCM ?

If not, will those migrate to another outlook-based CRM ?

Not templates, and not calendars, but you can import contact events.
