can you please reset my tabs to normal

I am not much of a typer and I messed up my tabs somehow and iI cannot fix it
I would like to get the tabs back to normal so the work I type can be
centered to the page properly. can you help me reset it?

Try undoing changes, for example by pressing Ctrl+Z repeatedly. This
will work even if the document has been saved, but not if it has been
closed and re-opened, since you encountered the "mess."

CTRL+A then CTRL+E and CTRL+L to remove all leading tabs.

If you haven't modified the style itself, then Ctrl+Q will remove any tab
stops you've set.
