Can you populate custom field or outline code values from external

In Project Server 2003, is there a way to populate values for custom fields
and/or custom outline codes from an external datasource such as an Oracle DB?

Yes, I believe this is possible, but not using any of the default features
of Project Server. You would need to develop the custom software to push
the information from Oracle to SQL Server. Hope this helps.
