I was working in Word today on a document that I had previously saved and
reopened a number of times. I don't know what I did, but I accidently hit
some button on the lower left side of the keyboard. The contents of the
document disappeared. It still appears in My documents, but when I open it up
there is nothing there. Is there ANY way to get it back?? I don't know
where to even look. Thanks!

If you closed the document and saved it in this state then there isn't
a way to recover it.

If you created a backup copy or have "Always create backup" turned on
under Tools/Options/Save then you could use it instead of the original
file.
