Can you save a table design in a format that others can review that don't
have Access? Can you print a table design format for review?
PP,
What do you mean by "format"? Are you talking about having the table design
information detailed in a document? In this last case, you can "document"
the table structure by using the Access Documenter feature, located on the
"Tools" option of the system menu (Tools->Analyze->Documenter). This does
not only document tables, but also other Access objects as well (forms,
reports, queries, etc).
There is also other ways to get this, by using Add-Ons (or Access Add-Ins)
which may have other features and options like pretty-format printing,
export to other "formats" like XML, Word, extract Schemas, etc. You may get
recommendations from other users and/or MVPs for other documenter utilities.
