Can you send to a distribution list so that the recipient only se.

I am trying to send a mass email message to a network group of about 125
people. I'd like the message to appear as if it was a personal message to
each person. The problem is that if I use the distribution list I've
created, each person will see the other 124 people in the TO section of the
email. There is probably some type of mail merge function that can
accomplish this task for me, but I'm not smart enough to figure it out. The
simplest answer would be some function in the distribution list that could
eliminate the other 124 from the TO section. I'm open to learning other
options to achieve my goal.

Put the DL in the BCC field or use Mail Merge. For help with Mail Merge,
press F1 in Word and use the search term "mail merge."

You have two choices: put the DL in the BCC field or use Word to preform a
mail merge.
