Can you set the default to not put in an untitled page

When you start a new section it always puts an Untitled Page in at the top.
Can you set a default to not do that?

There is no default that you could configure, but you can always delete
the page if you want a completely empty section.

Thanks. That's what I do now, but its tedious at times. I appreciate your
response so I can at least stop looking for a setting!
