Can you share a database on a shared NAS Drive? Not a network?

I would like to load a BCM database on a shared NAS Drive for a home office.
Then access it via multiple PC's that can access the shared drive. These are
not networked, but each has access to the shared drive. Can it be done? How?

No.

BCM uses Sql Server to manage its databases, and Sql is service,
rather than a file based database manager. To share a BCM database,
all the machines must connect to a sql service running on a single
machine.

That's what I suspected but was hoping someone found a work-around. Thank
you for the confirmation.
