The Picture Manager is limited in its editing tools. You might download Paint.NET, it
has sharpen tools. It is free, an update to MSPaint. http://www.eecs.wsu.edu/paint.net/ www.irfanview.com is free also and has sharpen tools. Get the plug-ins too.
