Can you specify a location when exporting from Access to Excel?

I need to specify a location on a network drive for the exported database
report and possibly a name for the worksheet as at the moment I get an
invalid name warning when I open it. This is to enable me to automate
updates in an excel spreadsheet from report data.

Try using the standard Windows File Save dialog. See
