Can you still run Clip Gallery in Publisher 2003?

I just recently upgraded from Publisher 2000 to 2003, and now I can't figure
out how to use Clip Gallery. I gave up & copied my clip gallery files to my
hard drive, and ran Clip Organizer, but none of the keywords "stuck", so I
can't search for clips using keywords anymore. I'm not real keen on searching
thru thousands of thumbnails for an appropriate clip, so for now I'm finding
my clips in Home Publisher, then copying and pasting into my Publisher 2003
documents. Publisher 2003 help makes a reference to still being able to run
Clip Gallery, but gives no information on how to do so. Issues like this are
why I usually upgrade kicking & screaming...

Install the Clip Gallery from your Publisher 2000 disk, or better yet, install
Publisher 2000 in its own folder. You can drag CAG.EXE to the desktop and use it
as a standalone, you won't be able to insert this way, but you can drag and
drop. If you want to use the Gallery from Publisher 2003, Insert, object, scroll
down to Microsoft Clip Gallery.
The CAG.EXE is in a folder similar to this:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\ARTGALRY
