Can you still use Ctrl+C, C command in Word 2007?

In Word 2003, I used to save lists of copied or cut text by pressing Ctrl+C
and then C again. There was a pane that appeared on the side containing the
blocks of text that were copied or cut, and I could select whatever I wanted
from the list to paste. This was useful in case I had to paste certain things
over and over again.

Is this feature available in Word 2007? If so, how do you access it?

On the Home tab, locate the Clipboard Group. Click the dialog launcher in
the bottom right corner of the group. (Looks like an embossed square)

The Clipboard still limits you to 24 items.
