can you stop an email from sending

I sent a very large email and I would like to stop it but it won't delete. It
is just sitting there stopping all other emails from sending. HELP

Click File and check Work Offline. Close and then restart Outlook. Delete
the message. Click File and uncheck Work Offline.

In general;
-place Outlook in Offline Mode via the File menu
-restart Outlook
-delete the mail
-place it back in on-line mode
