Can you switch profiles in Outlook 2003 without restarting?

Can you switch profiles in Uutlook 2003 without
restarting the program?

I have it setup so that when starting Outlook it prompts
me as to which profile I want to use, but I would prefer
to be able to choose to switch to another profile when in
Outlook.

Is this possible? TIA!
