Can you turn off text wrap of a plain-text e-mail?

Entourage 2004 wraps plain text e-mail at about 74-or-so characters. I don't
see any preference or other setting to turn this off.

Is there a way?

characters (unless the line is quoted). Sending in HTML is the best idea
since it doesn¹t have automatic line breaking."

A common feature request for Entourage is support for flowed plain text that
doesn't have hard line wrapping.
