Can you use a photo for the background on a business card?

I want to create cards for a club I belong to. I would like to use a photo
as the background for the business card. Can this be done with Microsoft

Which program? You mentioned Office 2003 but not the specific program. One
*assumes* you mean Publisher but one has allso learned not to *assume*
anything.

Easiest way is to create a Master Page (ctrl + m), insert the photo. Return to the
Publication page and insert the text.
