Ther are two icons on the Toolbox menu which gives the
ability to bring to front or send to back of your rectangle.

it "stand out" against the rest of my report which has a
white background. I've tried creating a rectangle, but
there are no options to put it behind the objects on the
form. Any suggestions are much appreciated
