You can create form headers or footers and then just click
on it and use a fill color. Or if you wanted to use a
rectange with color, either cut and paste your fields on
top of the box, or click and drag new fields over the top.

has a white background. I've tried creating a rectangle,
but there are no options to put it behind the objects on
the form. Any suggestions are much appreciated
