Cancelling automatic links

Hi,

I have a WB I use every day, however when I open it now a message pops
up to say this WB has automatic links to another WB, do you want to
update ?

I don't know how I have done this or which other WB is involved. Does
anyone know how I can cancel this, and delete the link.
