We have Outlook 2007 with exchange 2003 every time some cancle a book a
meeting with one our Board rooms it does not remove from it's schedule ...
How do I set this upo so when some one cancle a schedule board room meeting
it delets so it can free up the time for someone else
I also should meation we setup borad room as resource and do not allow
double bookmings
Please help
