After some digging I found the issue with board room appointments
When a user cancle the apopoint it send a request to board room to remove
from calader bbut since this mailbox is not monitor in anyway it can not
respond..
I guess what I look for now is there a way to automate this respond so when
a user request cancle from the board room it removes from calader
