can'e see all of contacts

I am running XP Outlook 2002. I have set up an additional user with access
to Outlook and email. When looking at the contact list from the Outlook
Today folder list, all the contact show as entered. However, when writing a
new message to a contact from the inbox folder, only 4 of the contacts show
in the "TO" selection. The options offered are Outlook Address Book or
under that is Contacts. Only the Contacts option shows the 4 contacts. I
tried the suggestions of Brian Tillman on 8/26, with no success. Obviously
something has gone haywire, but what? Most of the contacts were entered at
the same time and done thru the Save and new option, but only 4 of the 13
show up. The other user on the computer has no problems with the contacts
function, so it is not a global issue. Does anyone have any other
suggestions besides the ones that Brian offered?
Thanks, Linda

Do you have more than 1 Contacts folder? If not, I would assume that the 4
Contacts you can see via the To... button are the only ones with email
addresses.
