I am trying to make a file with standard responses for common email questions
so my employees can just copy and paste the answers. the problem is with
word, there are too many of them and you will have to scroll down through too
many emails. with excel when you paste the answer, it screws up the layout
sometimes and is hard to add a few words to customize the email. any
suggestions?
