Cannnot reinstall Office 2000, setup bootstrapper had problem

I could not open the clip art gallery in Word 2000, so I went to Add/Remove
Programs and tried to repair any errors in Office 2000. I got a message
stating it encountered a fatal error, so I uninstalled Office 2000 and then
tried to reintall Office 2000. I then received message that Office 2000,
setup bootstraper (ORK) encountered problem and needs to close. Please help,
so frustrated with this.
