We have a user who accesses some address books stored on our Exchange 2000
Server. The user is running Outlook 2003, and if he starts a new piece of
e-mail, he can select this address book with no problems.
The user also uses a MAPI application to generate a new piece of e-mail. But
when he uses this, and clicks on the Address Book, he gets:
"The address list could not be displayed. The Contacts folder associated
with this address list could not be opened; it may have been moved or
deleted, or you do not have persmission."
I have tried the same thing on my computer (also running Outlook 2003) and
this does not happen on my computer. The address list is available.
Any ideas?
