Cannot Access Collaborate Documents

I have just published my first project 2003 to project server. I want to
add documents so I click the Collaborate | Documents menu item from Project
Professional but nothing happens. Same with Risks and and Issues.

Any ideas???

Check with administrator to see if you have access to these features. Also, see if the wss subsite has been created (go Admin, Manage Windows SharePoint Services, Manage Sharepoint Sites, see if a site has been created)
