Cannot access some contacts in Address Book

I have an organization of about 15 users. I have a Master Contact List shared
among all users. All users are Editor of the Contact List. I have 2 users
that have problems accessing some contacts (not the same contacts for both
cases). The Error message states the following:

"The properties dialog box could not be displayed. An internal support
function returned an error."

Please help... I have tried uninstalling Office, create new OST, Granting
Ownership to both users and nothing...
