Cannot access website from PC

Bill

I can access a sister site through Frontpage using www.example.com, but when
trying to access another site through Frontpage using its url I cannot access
the site. I can access the site from home, so I believe something on our 2003
Small Business Server Premium is causing the issue with just the one specific
site. Any ideas?

Quite possibly a Firewall issue. What port does it access the site on?

Sorry about the number of articles, but you didn't describe the problem in
detail. I'm pretty sure that one of them applies. I just don't know which
one!

Contacted MIcrosoft for support. Issue resolved. Here are the case notes:

PROBLEM: Unable to open a web site with Frontpage on the SBS 2003 domain

CAUSE: The ISA Server required authorization to open. Access to the Web
Proxy service was denied to some users.

RESOLUTION: We changed the authorization for users from ISA management and
and got the web site working. The steps are as follows :

Open ISA Management:
Site and Content rules -
Small Business Server Internet Access Site and Content rule Changed
"Applies To" to "Any Request"
(do this for any other Site and Content rule not so configured) Protocol
Rules -
Small Business internet Access Protocol Rule - Changed "Applies To" to
"Any Request"
(do this for any other Protocol rule not so configured)

Right click Servername, select Properties Outgoing Web Requests (listener)
Cleared the check mark from Connections\Connection Settings When prompted,
restart the ISA services

Thanks for posting the solution.

I just upgraded our hardware and have been fighting the same problem for the
past 2 weeks.
