Cannot Acquire CSP

Whenever I start MS Outllok 2000 or Word 2000, a popup of Cannot Acquire CSP
appear. Why this will happen and how to fix it?

Hrm... I'm afraid I have no idea why this would happen, but CSP is an
acronym for "Cryptographic Service Provider". Perhaps that might help you
in searching for an answer?

I found the reason why this will happen. This is caused by I changed the NT4
Domain password in XP. I already tried the solution in Q331333 but still not
work. Please help again.
