Cannot Activate Account

I am so new to this stuff it isn't funny.

When I arranged for the LAN connection to the computer via Cogeco, I lost my
acct. name and password. Do I really need to call the company and beg for
it? I think I'm embarrassed here.

Yes, you do. And FYI. This newsgroup is for Access databases not access to
the internet.
