Cannot activate Office 2007 beta

QUESTION:
Sir, Madam,
My computer has a broadband (ADSL) connection to the internet that is always
on.
After downloading OPPLUS-EN.EXE I installed the beta version of office 2007.
When I started Word 2007 I received time and again an error message that no
internet connection could be found. While the Word 2007 program was still
open I
opened the Internet Explorer (version 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_gdr.050301-1519)
and was able to enter every site I knew without a problem.
Please tell me what should I do to activate ?
