cannot add a all day event << outlook 2002 sp1

Hi,
i cannot use the All Day Event in my Calendar !
every time i close the event, it is save with a start and end time with 00:00
How can i correct that ?

I'm only hanging around here looking for answers myself - I'm no expert,
but as a first simple step you should check your Calendar Options in
Tools-Options to make sure the work day is set up the way you want it.
That might be affecting it.
