Cannot ADD a delegate, shuts down Outlook

I am running Outlook 2002 SP3. When I go to Options-
Delegates and Add a mailbox to which I have full rights
to (select the name from the list, click OK), Outlook
closes entirely, I have to restart it and it doesn't save
the delegate that I've added.

Anyone seen this?
Any ideas?
