After Installing Outlook 2000 on different versions of windows (nt &
98), I am unable to add an exchange account. It seems that if no
previous account was ever added, I have the option to add an exchange
account, but if there is already an an account, or an account was
removed, Outlook starts the 'add internet account' wizard for
pop3/imap. I have uninstalled and reinstalled outlook and this does
not resolve the issue. Installing outlook 2002 allows me add an
exchange account but that would mean upgrading about 60 users which I
cant do. Any help is greatly appreciated.
