cannot add history items to BCM

After reinstalling BCM to my computer, I cannot seem to get my e-mails to
link up or to add any history items (Phone, App., etc..) Can you help?

Can you chekc if Business Tools in avalaible if not go to help . about
microsoft Outlook > dsiabled items and enable the same
