Cannot add or modify users in Project Server 2002

I can do everything in the administration screens of the web access
for Microsoft Project Server 2002 except ADD or MODIFY users. This is
a recent issue. We have been running on this for about a year and no
problems and now this is happening. this is the error I get

Microsoft JScript runtime error '800a1391'

'const_PjEncrypt_CLSID' is undefined

/projectserver/admin/sec_users_AddModify.asp, line 471


Any help would be appreciated.

Toolbox

Fixed the issue by restoring the IIS Virtual root Files and folders
from a backup prior to Service Pack installation.
