cannot add personal folder

i cannot add personal folder using data file management, "types of storage"
list is empty.

i cannot add personal folder using data file management, "types of storage"

I am having this same problem with Outlook 2003. I searched the group
you indicated answered the question, and found no answer. Any help
would be appreciated.
