Cannot Back-up in Outlook 2003

I have downloaded the Back-up tool for Outlook 2003. I
have configured the back-up, but when I exit out of
Outlook to run the back-up, I get an error stating that
there is a process running and the back-up program cannot
continue.

I do not know what process has Outlook locked. I looked
in TaskManager at all Process, but none of them say
Outlook.

Please help.
